Schuko plug inserts assembling and testing machine

 In order to grant good quality plug inserts to all our customers from different countries,we are using this kind of assembling and testing machine to check all our Schuko plug inserts.

This testing machine can assemble the plastic body with earth clips ,then check and find out those NG products ,such as problem on the center distance,crimping hole broken,extra burr on surface of plug inserts,ect.

When finding NG plug inserts,they will be blocked aotomaticly in special area by testing machine.
